About our Clients
This lovely family run setting in central Reigate are looking for ideally a level 3 or above practitioner to join their team. Working 4 or 5 days a week 40 hrs, they are offering a great salary c£30k with great benefits. Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
