Our clients, a 100 plus place Nursery in Hook, are growing and looking for Early Years Professionals to join their team. A fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, working 40 hrs a week, salary is up to £28,496 depending on qualifications and experience, together with great benefits and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
