About our Clients
Based in South Reading area, with good transport links, and on site parking. Our Clients are sourcing an experienced and passionate nursery manager to lead the day to day operations of their lovely large Nursery. You will need to be an experienced Nursery Manager, with experience of running 80 plus place settings, strong on team leading, quality and curriculum, and ideally have taken a setting through an Ofsted Inspection. Working a 40 hr week salary is up to £50k depending on experience.
Requirements
- Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
- Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role
- Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

- Confident leader, able to support and guide staff across the nursery
