Our Clients are now looking for a Nursery Area Manager to support settings based in the Peterborough and surrounding areas. Working alongside the Regional Team you will manage and support the Nursery Managers in their day to day running of their settings, together with focusing on quality, safeguarding, curriculum, compliance, and supporting in Ofsted Inspections.
You will need to have experience of multi - site setting support, a car driver, and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is c£54k with Car Allowance.
Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Essential for the Senior Nursery / Area Manager Role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 6 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
Experience leading Ofsted inspections
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Car Driver
