An experienced Nursery Room Leader is required to step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team. Working a 40‑hour week (Monday to Friday), you will be offered a competitive salary of around £33k depending on experience, along with a range of benefits.

  • Essential Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
  • Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
