About our Clients
Based in Fulham, South West London, our clients' lovely 100 plus place Nursery are now seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The Nursery is on great transport links, minutes from Tube station. Working a 40 hrs week either 4 days or 5 days - which works best for you!, they are offering salary up to Β£30,450 depending on qualifications and experience, together with fantastic benefits. Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
