South of Leicester city, our clients are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day-to-day running of their busy setting. Salary is c£30k plus great benefits with this Provider.

Requirements
Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- At least 3 years\’ previous experience working in a Day Nursery
- At least 1 year of leading and supporting teams
- The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
- A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and help others learn
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
