About our Clients
In central Leicester, our clients are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager for a small but growing setting. Salary, depending on experience is c£40k with great benefits. Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
- At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery.
- Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting teams.
- Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
- Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
