Based in Langley, Berkshire, our clients' very busy Nursery is now looking for a Third in Charge / Nursery Room Leader to join their management team. Salary is c£32k depending on experience, plus great benefits and opportunities to progress further in this growing Company.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
