About our Clients
Part of a small boutique group of Nurseries, our Clients lovely Nursery in Henley on Thames with parking, and walking distance from station, are looking for an experienced level 2 or above practitioner to join their team, based on a 40 hr working week. Salary is from £26,500 depending on experience, with lots of great goodies, including £2500 starter bonus, and future career progression. If you’re passionate about early years education and want to be part of a team where everyone matters, JEM Childcare would love to hear from you and support you on your journey.
Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
