Our clients based in Haslemere, Surrey, in their lovely nursery setting are seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team to lead one of the nursery rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting. Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday salary is c£31k depending on experience.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
