Job Description About our Clients Our clients very large and busy nursery in Fleet are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join them.
BA fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, working 40 hrs a week, salary is up to Β£28,496 depending on qualifications and experience, together with great benefits and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Requirements What are Clients are looking for Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
