This very large and busy nursery in Godalming is looking for a very experienced Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting. This is a maternity cover role. You will need to have experience at this level and working within large settings. Salary is approximately £45k depending on experience, supporting a 40-hour week / 4 days, together with fantastic benefits with this great employer. There is onsite parking, within walking distance from local transport.
Requirements
- Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role
- Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
