About our Clients
Our clients in Sutton are looking for passionate and experienced level 2 or above practitioners to join their lovely very busy Nursery. On great transport links, working Monday to Friday 40 hrs, salary is cΒ£28k with fantastic benefits, including monthly bonuses. Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
