Nursery Room Leader in Dorchester

Overview

Our clients large and very busy setting in Dorchester are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join the team running their lovely Baby Room. Offering an excellent salary up to 29k per annum working a 40 hour week Monday to Friday with great benefits and opportunities for future progression.

Requirements

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
• Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
• Can inspire energise and support others
• Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
