About our Clients

Based in Crawley, on great transport routes, our clients are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team in supporting the daily running of the nursery. Working a 40 hr week with salary £34k plus great benefits.

  • A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
  • Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
  • Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
