Our clients based in Farnborough, Hampshire in their lovely nursery setting are seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team to lead one of the nursery rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity totake responsibility for a room within a high-quality early yearssetting. Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday salary is c£32,800 depending on experience.

Whatour Clients are looking for
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or earlyyears setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your roomand the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, andcolleagues in the nursery setting
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
