Job Description

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients.

Reporting to our Senior SEO Director, you will manage technical SEO programs, guiding a team of SEO professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, providing recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals, encompassing technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building projects.
  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.
  • Use data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights.
  • Understanding of web technologies, including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware, and front-end frameworks, and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Awareness of LLM and AI-influenced search, with the ability to guide clients on opportunities, risks, and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
