The Senior SEO Manager leads the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives. You will manage technical SEO programs guiding a team of SEO professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals encompassing technical SEO content optimization and link‑building initiatives.
  • Lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings.
  • Conduct in‑depth technical SEO audits identifying issues related to site architecture, crawlability and indexation.
  • Explore optimization opportunities for large language models (LLMs) and AI‑driven search, advising clients on their potential impact on visibility and brand performance.
  • Educate clients on how AI‑powered tools and generative search are shaping user discovery, integrating these insights into SEO strategies.
  • Leverage AI to enhance research, content creation, automation and data analysis, driving efficiency and precision in campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, providing strategic insights to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.
  • Utilize data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of technical SEO experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: In‑depth understanding of web technologies including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware and front‑end frameworks and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to work with large datasets utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console and enterprise SEO platforms to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience developing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large‑scale websites.
  • Awareness of LLM and AI‑influenced search with the ability to guide clients on opportunities, risks and best practices.
  • Ability to use AI tools to support research, content ideation and workflow automation without compromising quality.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
