Job Description
Reporting to the Retail Media Director, as Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. You’ll be involved in activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
- Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue
- Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
- Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & has the ability to produce high-quality documents)
