Reporting to our Financial Planning and Analytics VP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our Finance team manages and interprets financial data. This is a unique opportunity to influence decision-making across the business, helping to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency through structured, insightful analysis.
You will join a lean, collaborative FP&A team and contribute to building a new way of working, where data is clean, accessible, and actionable. Over the next 18 months, you will be part of transformative projects, including ERP and system migrations, which will redefine our financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Clean, transform, and organise large volumes of finance data from multiple systems into a structured format suitable for analysis.
- Pull in and manage data from ERP and finance systems, including Sage, Salesforce, Certinia, and Melon, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and other stakeholders to extract, aggregate, and interpret data for reporting and decisionâmaking purposes.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting to support senior management in strategic planning.
- Build accurate, actionable reports and dashboards that provide clear insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of greater process, structure, and discipline in financial data management and reporting across the business.
- Work proactively to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring data integrity throughout.
Qualifications:
- Over 4 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, with handsâon experience extracting data from ERP systems.
- Strong financial knowledge, with the ability to interpret finance data.
- Analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to translate raw data into reports and actionable insights, and to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Structured approach, capable of introducing process improvements and maintaining data integrity.
- You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
