- Collaborate with creative and production teams to manage access control policies.
- Ensure DAM infrastructure is resilient, backed up, and compliant with data retention requirements.
- Box & Collaboration Platforms
- Administration, configuration, and governance of Box and Lucid link.
- Manage user provisioning, permissions structures, integrations with third‑party tools (e.g., Wrike, Adobe Creative Cloud), and compliance settings.
- Drive adoption of best‑practice folder structures, sharing policies, and audit trails.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Box‑related incidents and work with Box support to resolve complex platform issues.
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure all infrastructure is operating in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and relevant data protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
- Maintain patch management and vulnerability remediation programmes across production systems.
- Conduct regular access reviews and penetration testing coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of infrastructure management or senior infrastructure engineering experience within a media agency, creative agency, or production environment.
- Proven hands‑on experience administering Box at an enterprise level, including security and compliance configuration.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ideally across multiple.
