Reporting to our VP of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects across our organisation. You will ensure that data solutions are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with strategic business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how data platforms, ETL pipelines, transformation layers, and analytics capabilities are delivered, governed, and operationalised. In addition to delivery excellence, you will be accountable for data quality, data hygiene, governance, and trust across our data ecosystem - ensuring that dashboards, reports, and data products are accurate, reliable, and trusted by the business.

This role sits at the intersection of Data, Technology, and Operations, and is ideal for a senior delivery leader who is both technically fluent in data platforms and strategic in their leadership approach.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact data and analytics programmes across ingestion, ETL/ELT, transformation, and analytics platforms.
  • Own complex delivery lifecycles - from strategy and planning through QA, release, and operational handover.
  • Partner with senior leaders to turn business strategy into data delivery roadmaps that create real commercial value.
  • Build trusted, enterprise-grade data quality, governance, and QA frameworks that power confident decision-making.
  • Establish strong delivery governance, controls, and reporting that keep programmes on track and risk managed.
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the right people, skills, and capacity are in place to succeed.
  • Embed reliable, scalable data into business-as-usual operations, not just project delivery.
  • Help shape the future of the organisation’s data ecosystem through continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience with Wrike is a benefit.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in data delivery, data transformation, or analytics programme management.
  • Strong track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale data programmes.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in large organisations.
  • Background in embedding data platforms into operational environments.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, BI platforms).
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation frameworks, and data architectures.
  • Strong grasp of data QA, testing, validation, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
