We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a key part in the operationalisation of the mode. Working closely with our Global Senior Production Operations Manager, and Producers to optimise the production vision.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of Production finance process
- POC internally and externally
- Production Job number/Time support
- Responsible for job number creation in FF
- Support in data pool and for QBR reporting
- Team admin support
- Ensuring all team meetings, kit, onboarding and file access are up to date at all times
- Supporting all new starters' onboarding and training
- Production (non-direct support) – Ensuring that all Business Affairs Paperwork is appropriately consolidated and filled during and after the shoot
- General admin around samples, final reconciliations, the archiving of complete business paperwork and asset Data
- Occasional production support
- Ability to conduct themselves in a business environment. Flexible to variable team dynamics and cultures. Quickly building and nurturing mutually strong working relationships. Embraces and promotes new ways of working. Fosters a learning culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) production.
- A clear understanding of budget management cost negotiations at various production levels
- A related degree: Shoot Production, Marketing, Business, Art.
- Able and willing to travel locally, within Europe and internationally at short notice
Advantageous
- Experience in assisting locations worldwide and for worldwide markets.
- Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels
- Experience working with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands and or sporting goods. (Either as an internal or external.)
- Understanding of the APA guidelines
