This is a 1-year contract to cover maternity leave. Join our dynamic Cross-Channel Paid Media team as the Senior OOH Manager, a pivotal expert driving Out-of-Home (OOH) strategy across the UK, France, and Germany. Reporting to the Direct Investment Director, you will serve as the day-to-day OOH expert for our largest cross-media accounts. This role is focused on developing award-winning OOH strategies that seamlessly integrate with wider digital plans. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working directly with clients to leverage our bespoke AI tools, bringing sophisticated and exciting solutions to the market.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide a good knowledge of the International OOH media landscape, its key challenges and best practices.
- Have a thorough understanding of the strategy & objectives of your main accounts.
- Lead the day-to-day management of the OOH agency to ensure they are effectively delivering.
- Prepare post campaign analysis and present quarterly updates and new insights.
- Ensure you are delivering on all general client servicing.
- Resolve client/campaign issues as and when they arise, and assist/coach your team in resolving theirs.
- Understand the key challenges and best practices in international markets.
- Have strong relationships with the main OOH media owner leads.
- Understand the commercial requirements of the business and work with your CP to maximise efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, and feed into the business’s strategy when discussing investment choices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years + OOH sales experience (with experience in UK, FR and DE markets)
- Strong client and media agency relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Comfort with working across multiple currencies and markets
- London-based, but may require international travel
