Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end NPD process from concept to launch.
- Develop & refine formulations, ensuring quality & compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct taste panels, ingredient trials & production/sensory trials.
- Work closely with suppliers, production & marketing teams.
- Analyse market trends & consumer insights to drive innovation.
About You:
- 2+ years of NPD experience in the food/beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, flavour development & formulation.
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail & strong mathematical skills for formulation accuracy.
