💰 Salary: £100,000 – £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits

📍 Location: Peterborough + Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a leading FMCG & food manufacturing organisation in their search for a Director of Operations.

This senior position will involve shaping the company’s strategic direction across operations, leading transformation initiatives & embedding a culture of efficiency, quality, & innovation.

About the Role

• Lead the organisation’s continuous improvement strategy, aligning with overall business goals
• Oversee digital transformation projects including automation, AI integration & real-time performance monitoring
• Establish & monitor KPIs across operational functions to drive measurable results
• Mentor teams, embedding a culture of accountability & problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety & regulatory requirements

Experience Required

• Proven track record in a senior operations or continuous improvement role in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector
• Experience delivering measurable cost, quality & efficiency improvements
• Confident leadership & stakeholder management at executive level
• Commercial acumen with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Experience in Technology Integration & Digital Transformation
