We’re supporting a fast-growing manufacturer of ingredients/pharmaceuticals in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager. This pioneering company has built a reputation for innovation, quality, & technical excellence—especially within the pharmaceutical sectors.
You’ll be joining a successful & collaborative commercial team to help grow sales across UK, Europe & North America, manage existing accounts, & build strong project pipelines across Pharma & Healthcare sectors.
About the role:
- Drive revenue growth with existing & new pharmaceutical/healthcare clients - selling pharmaceutical ingredients to a range of global pharmaceutical suppliers
- Build, manage & forecast a strong sales pipeline – mixture of outbound & inbound
- Develop new opportunities across UK, Europe & North America
- Liaise with planning, technical & product development teams
- Represent the company at global exhibitions & client events
About you:
- Proven B2B sales experience in Pharmaceuticals (experience in selling excipients/API's or related pharma products) – with ability to drive new revenue streams
- Strong communication & project management skills
- Self-manage & work cross-functionally
