Reporting to the Global Google Partnership VP, you will create impact within our Partnerships team. We take pride in our long-standing, market-leading partnership with Google, our deep technical capabilities across their Google ecosystem, and innovative proprietary solutions like Share of Model, setting us apart in the industry.

You’ll contribute to accelerating commercial growth across UK and Ireland corporate clients by converting inbound leads, scaling reseller adoption across the Google stack, and championing proprietary tools. A distinct and unique aspect of this role includes collaborating on-site at Google’s London headquarters, cultivating senior stakeholder relationships across their product lines to unlock joint funding and commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management and Conversion: Qualify, lead, and convert inbound opportunities and major enterprise pitches across the UK and Ireland originating from Google and partnership channels.
  • Partner with the UK Head of Growth, tech specialists, and commercial teams to run discovery sessions and deliver compelling, tailored client proposals.
  • Partner‑Led Growth: Act as an embedded Growth Partner by spending regular time at Google’s London headquarters, building active networks across Google sales, sector, and product specialists.
  • Identify, secure, and deploy Google partner funding programs to unlock joint commercial initiatives and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Existing Client Growth and Expansion: Drive upsell and cross‑sell revenue across our existing reseller client base, expanding adoption of the Google stack (GMP, DV360, GA, GTM).
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Martech teams to commercialise proprietary Jellyfish solutions, including Share of Model, into client growth strategies.
  • Commercial Execution and Performance: Take ownership of commercial negotiations from qualification through contract close and handover, maintaining pipeline governance and sales forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Track growth KPIs, funding drawdown, and commercial performance while staying current on Google ecosystem updates to identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Track record in partnership growth, commercial business development, or consultative selling, with a good commercial understanding of Google technologies (Google Marketing Platform, DV360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) or a comparable enterprise technology stack (e.g., Amazon, Meta, or TikTok).
  • Ability to uncover enterprise client objectives, articulate commercial value propositions, and convey product benefits to corporate decision‑makers.
  • Experience establishing credible, productive working relationships with technology partner teams, as well as internal technical and account management functions.
  • Commercial intelligence building custom commercial proposals, navigating contract negotiations, and maximizing partner‑funded growth programs.
  • Proficiency using enterprise CRMs to govern pipeline stages, manage deals, and deliver accurate sales forecasting.
  • You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities, and when faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
