We are looking for GCP and AI Instructors to join our team of instructors. This role offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements. As part of our award-winning team, you will help support our customers and deliver high-quality instruction globally to some of the world’s largest brands. We require an experienced Cloud professional with a passion for teaching. It may be that you are already a seasoned GCP instructor, or that you have a talent for sharing knowledge but are not yet a certified instructor. Any applicant must be extremely experienced with the creation of solutions using GCP technologies. Instructors could be asked to teach a range of topics from the comprehensive Google Cloud certification paths. Therefore, holding a wide range of certifications is essential. Please include detailed information on which certifications you currently hold upon application. Beyond general cloud infrastructure, a strong understanding of AI-related topics is absolutely essential. You will lead courses across Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and GenAI architecture. If you have a passion for sharing knowledge, developing AI training curriculums, and presenting to enterprise clients, this is the perfect role for you.

Please note this will be a 12-month fixed-term contractual position.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver virtual classroom sessions globally. Flexibility is paramount; this is not a strict 9-5 role.
  • Instruct courses covering any topics from the Google Cloud certification paths, adapting to varying client needs.
  • Provide occasional face-to-face training to clients in your region, with potential opportunities for international travel to deliver overseas courses.
  • Google Cloud AI Curriculum Delivery: whilst not extensive, there may be some opportunity to help develop custom courseware and materials.
  • Take responsibility for keeping pace with the rapidly evolving GCP technology landscape, particularly in AI.
  • Maintain and grow your range of current valid GCP certifications.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • A wide range of Google Cloud certifications is required to cover the diverse certification paths. (Please detail which you hold upon application).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Cloud Technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI-related topics.
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering multiple-day-long training sessions both in the classroom and online.
  • Comfortable in training enterprise-level clients on how to develop or diversify their current skill set.
  • Clear communication of processes, strategies, and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Systems Operations experience, including deploying and managing applications, either on-premises or in a public cloud environment.

Advantageous:

  • Second languages.
  • Understanding of competitors in the landscape.
  • Strong business awareness and ability to talk to leadership teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • An excellent writer and communicator, comfortable speaking to advanced audiences, large groups, etc.
