As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. You are expected to balance project management and production expertise, delivering high-budget, complex, and multi-market projects while driving efficiencies, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams, acting as a trusted production lead while maintaining financial and operational control over projects.
Working on one of the agency's largest global accounts, you will act as a Senior Integrated Producer for a titan in the tech sector. This role requires a sophisticated lead who can navigate the complexities of high-stakes B2B marketing, balancing large-scale, monthly integrated campaigns with a steady flow of "Business As Usual" (BAU) static and film deliverables.
Success in this role requires a producer who is equally comfortable managing "on the ground" international production logistics as they are providing strategic solutions to high-level stakeholders. Given the fast-paced nature of this B2B account, you must be adept at budget re-forecasting, risk mitigation, and driving creative alignment across diverse internal brand and social teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead high-budget, multi-market projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, financial targets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Client Management to align on client expectations, lead status updates, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget oversight and financial management - track financial health, manage POs, reconcile invoices, and flag commercial risks proactively.
- Partner with Resource Management to ensure appropriate talent casting and workload distribution across teams and external partners.
- Manage large-scale content production, ensuring deliverables are optimized for various digital, social, and paid media channels.
- Implement structured workflows and process efficiencies, leading improvements to best practices within Integrated Production.
- Problem-solve in real time, responding to production challenges with agility, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Act as a trusted production partner to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support and manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
Skills and Competencies:
- Project Leadership & Strategic Thinking - Strong ability to plan, scope, and execute complex projects across multiple markets.
- Advanced Production Knowledge - Deep understanding of digital, social, and video production workflows.
- Financial & Budgeting Expertise - Ability to manage large-scale project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost reconciliation.
- Stakeholder & Client Management - Skilled at managing senior-level client interactions, ensuring alignment and strategic project oversight.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Capable of handling high-stakes production challenges with agility and confidence.
- Operational & Process Optimization - Drives continuous improvement in workflows, production efficiency, and internal processes.
- Communication & Negotiation - Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective stakeholder management.
- Leadership & Mentorship - Able to develop, support, and guide junior producers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
