Reporting to the Retail Media Director, as Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. You’ll be involved in activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (Amazon)
  • Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
  • Independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
  • Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
  • Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
  • Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue
  • Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
  • Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & has the ability to produce high-quality documents)
