The Global Pricing Manager at Jellycat will be responsible for aligning and streamlining pricing and pricing processes across the business to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and profitability. This role plays a critical part in maintaining margin integrity, ensuring that pricing strategies are effectively implemented across global markets, and making data-driven recommendations on price adjustments. The Global Pricing Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic decision-making.

You\’ll be;

• Developing and implementing structured pricing frameworks to ensure consistency across all markets while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning.
• Analysing and monitoring pricing structures, ensuring margin targets are met and aligned with company objectives.
• Ensuring price of all SKUs fits aligns to pricing frameworks and achieves margin targets.
• Working with finance team on global pricing alignment and work closely with regional teams to ensure price consistency across different markets.
• Making strategic recommendations for price increases or adjustments based on market trends, cost analysis, and business objectives.
• Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Working closely with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with pricing policies and guidelines across all sales channels.
• Building pricing models, conducting detailed analysis, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in pricing strategy and implementation.

You\’ll have;

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience in a pricing role within a luxury brand, with an understanding of premium market positioning.
  • Experience of monitoring pricing at a SKU level.
  • Understanding of global pricing strategies and regional pricing alignment.
  • Experience in margin management, pricing structures, and financial modelling.
  • The ability to analyse pricing data and make commercially sound recommendations.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and financial modelling).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • The ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
