Responsibilities of this Infor M3 Technical Lead role are:
- System Ownership: Act as the sole technical authority and guide for the Infor M3 ERP system across all business units.
- Platform Expansion: Lead the rollout and functional implementation of unutilised Infor M3 modules, specifically moving into production and automated manufacturing workflows.
- Process Alignment: Configure and optimise automated workflows, bills of materials, and production scheduling systems.
- Cross-Departmental Guidance: Educate, align and partner with finance, supply chain and production teams to ensure optimal system usage.
- System Upgrades: Oversee crucial system upgrades, patches and middleware integrations (e.g., MEC, APIs).
- Reporting & Data: Design, manage and deliver robust operational data reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
