The Role Key responsibilities include: Hiring:
Run recruitment campaigns for all job types, from factory floor staff up to technical and office-based roles. Onboarding:
Conduct phone screens, interview candidates and manage the full onboarding process for new starters. Staff Retention:
Work with the HR team to create long-term plans for staff wellbeing, engagement and team motivation. Compliance:
Make sure all hiring follows UK employment laws, including GDPR, Right to Work visas and Modern Slavery checks. Tracking & Social Media:
Run the company's job-related social media pages and track monthly hiring data and costs. Local Networks:
Build relationships with local job centres, schools and colleges to promote the company as a great place to work. About You Fast-Paced Recruitment:
Proven experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally within the food / FMCG industry or a similar fast-moving sector. Legal Knowledge:
A solid understanding of UK recruitment legislation, worker rights, and right-to-work laws. People Skills:
The ability to communicate easily with people at all levels of the business, from factory workers to senior managers. Organised:
