A well-established multi-site food manufacturer is looking to appoint a HR & Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team to support their people centric culture, attract top talent and manage the end to end recruitment process.
The Role Key responsibilities include: Hiring: Run recruitment campaigns for all job types, from factory floor staff up to technical and office-based roles.
Staff
Retention: Work with the HR team to create long-term plans for staff wellbeing, engagement and team motivation.
Compliance: Make sure all hiring follows UK employment laws, including GDPR, Right to Work visas and Modern Slavery checks.
Tracking & Social
Media: Run the company's job-related social media pages and track monthly hiring data and costs.
Local
Networks: Build relationships with local job centres, schools and colleges to promote the company as a great place to work.
About You High-Volume
Recruitment: Proven experience managing fast-paced hiring processes, ideally within the food / FMCG industry or a similar fast-moving sector.
Legal
Knowledge: A solid understanding of UK recruitment legislation, worker rights, and right-to-work laws.
Organised: Great time management skills and experience using in-house HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
