While the company currently utilises the finance and supply chain elements of Infor M3, they need a dedicated technical lead to unlock the platform's full capabilities particularly by integrating and expanding it across production and manufacturing departments.

Responsibilities of this Infor M3 Technical Lead role are:

  • System Ownership: Act as the sole technical authority and guide for the Infor M3 ERP system across all business units.
  • Platform Expansion: Lead the rollout and functional implementation of unutilised Infor M3 modules, specifically moving into production and automated manufacturing workflows.
  • Process Alignment: Configure and optimise automated workflows, bills of materials, and production scheduling systems.
  • Cross-Departmental Guidance: Educate, align and partner with finance, supply chain and production teams to ensure optimal system usage.
  • System Upgrades: Oversee crucial system upgrades, patches and middleware integrations (e.g., MEC, APIs).
  • Reporting & Data: Design, manage and deliver robust operational data reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Operational Stability: Provide 2nd and 3rd-line technical support to minimise downtime in a fast-paced production environment.
