The Manufacturing Manager will be instrumental in championing the company ethos of encouragement, empowerment and development, alongside developing a framework of manufacturing excellence. Key responsibilities include: Manage and oversee the production team - working with supply chain, planning and technical to ensure resources are available in line with productivity targets.
