jelli is delighted to be working with a leading global nutrition company as they establish a new in-house team designed to test, learn and build greater digital and social capability within the organisation. They are looking for a Creative & Design Lead to join the team on an interim contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who combines strong conceptual creative thinking with excellent design and art-direction skills.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creative and execution, you’ll take briefs from the Content Strategist, interrogate the challenge and develop compelling creative ideas that answer the strategic objective. You’ll then define how those ideas come to life, working with creative and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across social, digital, influencer, sponsorship, CRM and wider brand touchpoints.
You’ll be responsible for the idea, creative direction and quality of the output – ensuring the work is distinctive, beautifully crafted and consistent with the individual identities of the brands.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong creative ideation and conceptual thinking, combined with a great eye for design
- The ability to take a strategic brief from insight and objective through to creative concept and execution
- Experience developing ideas that work across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints
- Excellent art direction and visual judgement, with the ability to brief and guide designers, creators and production partners
- Strong understanding of social-first and platform-native creative
- Confidence presenting, challenging and developing creative ideas with senior stakeholders
- Experience working within established brand guidelines; experience in FMCG, consumer brands or regulated categories would be beneficial
- An interest in emerging creative tools, including AI-enabled design and creative workflows
