Role Purpose:
This is a highly data-led media role for someone who knows how to identify and build valuable consumer audiences, find them across channels and use performance insight to continually improve campaign effectiveness and media investment. You’ll bring together 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party data to develop audience segments, map customer journeys and translate these into targeted, cross-channel campaigns. You’ll then analyse performance across the funnel, using attribution, testing and audience insight to understand what’s working, what isn't and where investment should be focused.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience across audience strategy, media planning and performance, ideally gained within a media/performance agency working with major consumer brands. You’ll be comfortable working with complex data but equally able to turn it into clear, commercially focused recommendations for brand and marketing teams. Experience within FMCG/consumer brands would be particularly valuable, alongside knowledge of addressable media, audience targeting and cross-channel measurement.
