Overview: This is a high-visibility role at a pivotal time for the business, with social media identified as a key priority area over the next 6 months. The successful candidate will play a central role in planning, delivering and optimising engaging social-first content across multiple channels while managing a fast-paced and highly collaborative stakeholder environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly organic social content planning and calendar orchestration
- Manage day-to-day social activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
- Schedule and publish content via Sprout Social
- Write engaging social copy, captions and support content concepting
- Brief creative assets and manage feedback/approval processes
- Work cross-functionally with brand, regulatory, legal and medical teams
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver both real-time and monthly reporting
- Support the ongoing evolution and improvement of social media performance across the brands
Qualifications:
- Has strong hands-on social media experience within FMCG, consumer brands or agency environments
- Is confident managing multiple stakeholders and operating within fast-paced businesses
- Can balance creativity with strong operational delivery and attention to detail
- Has experience navigating regulated or approval-heavy environments
- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure
- Brings strong copywriting and content planning capabilities
- Has experience using social scheduling/reporting platforms such as Sprout Social
- Experience within parenting, baby, healthcare, wellness or nutrition categories would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
