Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a CPQ Application Specialist to be based in the UK. This is a home-based role working within a growing cross functional team.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Program Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the CPQ team at JELD-WEN to continually improve and enhance our INFOR platform. You will be responsible for user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We offer this role on a permanent basis, working remotely, a competitive salary, 25 days holiday with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days, 7.5% pension, Medicash health plan and opportunities to grow and develop your career.
What your impact will be
- INFOR CPQ tool Management and Development
- Product Management, create, amend product configuration logic, Matrix Management, update matrices and support business on matrices data changes.
- Application Management: Support business on quote/order creation, country management, custom export creation, create system customization.
- Support on development of system integration (CRM, PIM, ERP)
- Support when required to help manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions. (CPQ + PIM).
- Support and sometimes lead the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Experience with managing and resolving user support tickets – looking for ways to improve our INFOR service and operations.
- Support and lead in system training.
What you\\\’ll need to succeed
- Experience working with any CPQ tool in either admin, support, or development function.
- Experience with INFOR CPQ would be desirable but not essential.
- Any experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools would be beneficial.
- Must have an understanding of a business “quote to cash” process.
- Able to understand business requirements in relation to CPQ for delivery, development, and configuration actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in a complex IT/Engineering/Technical environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
