Are you looking for new opportunities and want to work within the Sales, Customer Service, and IT team of a Global business supporting with our transformation role out? Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract basis initially. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and German but can be based anywhere in Europe. This is a remote role, but with some travel to sites across Europe to support launch activity when required (UK, Germany and France predominantly).
Working within a growing cross functional team you will have the opportunity to be hands on with the latest Salesforce products. You will support the product owners in the delivery of the European customer service transformation program. Help improve the business processes, efficiency & adoption of Salesforce with the roll out of the new organisation by implementing a standardised solution with local customisation where necessary.
You will be required to manage and deliver reporting requests for both the new and the existing organisation in a timely manner and in line with business requirements, providing analysis and insights to improve the adoption of Salesforce and overall efficiency of business processes.
What your impact will be:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for the New Salesforce Organisation.
- Translate business requirements into Epics & User Stories via Jira.
- Work in conjunction with IT Development team to refine and deliver business solutions.
- Support the Product Owners and Training manager with the creation of UAT scripts.
- Conduct UAT testing both within the Sales Operations team and wider business stakeholders.
- Produce release communications to key business stakeholders.
- Post launch, provide hypercare support in prioritising and resolving issues raised.
- Manage reporting requests, understand requirements, build reports, validate business requirements.
- Other ad hoc requests including management of the EU Sales Operations mailbox - supporting the 1,000 Salesforce users across Europe with customer service queries.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience of Salesforce Service Cloud and strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, features, best practice, reporting, and dashboards.
- Must be fluent in English and German, other languages such as French or Swedish would be beneficial but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of construction / manufacturing / retail sectors would be an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes.
- Business acumen and wider business process understanding.
- Analytical mind and ability to summarise key insights and learnings.
- Ability to challenge and influence current ways of working and business processes.
- A high level of attention to detail and results orientated.
- Team player with a positive outlook.
- Flexible to travel across Europe to various sites including UK, Germany and France to support with launch activity.
