Double Second is a London-based independent fashion brand known for thoughtful design, everyday luxury, and a contemporary aesthetic. We’re growing fast and are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven and creative Studio & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys switching between operational tasks, e‑commerce admin, customer communication, social media, working with influencers, and creative projects. No two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • E-Commerce & Digital
  • Upload new styles across all platforms
  • Write product descriptions for new styles
  • Create homepage banners and digital assets
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across all platforms
  • Create and schedule newsletters aligned with brand launches and campaigns
  • Work with micro and macro influencers, including organising and sending gifting
  • Production & Studio Support
    • Assist with costing for Double Second products
    • Prepare and send purchase orders to factories
    • Help prepare for upcoming photoshoots (logistics, organisation, sample handling)
    • Support the designer where needed across day-to-day tasks
    • Assist with ad-hoc studio and office tasks as required
  • Customer Experience & Operations
    • Provide friendly, efficient customer service and support
    • Process orders and manage returns smoothly
    • Update, organise, and maintain the warehouse & warehouse map
    • Carry out regular stock checks and stock updates

    About You

    • Highly organised with great attention to detail
    • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
    • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
    • Creative, proactive, and visually minded
    • Confident working across social media and e-commerce platforms
    • Eager to learn and get involved in all areas of the brand

    Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or a creative studio is beneficial but not essential—we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow.
