We're working with a fast growing, market leading technology business that's transforming a traditionally complex industry. They're expanding their Product and Design team and looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape a consumer platform used by millions of people, at some of the most important moments in their lives.
About the role
You'll join a Product team responsible for bringing together multiple platforms into one seamless consumer app. It's a genuinely high impact role: you won't just be polishing screens, you'll be helping redesign how people navigate a process that's often stressful and confusing, and making it feel simple.

- Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs
- Turn complex requirements into clear, effective customer journeys
- Work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through to delivery
- Spot and prioritise opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Design connected journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Balance customer needs with business and regulatory requirements
- Use feedback and user behaviour data to measure the impact of your work
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Strong user centred design experience across digital products
- A track record of mapping and improving end to end customer journeys
- Experience working in agile product and technology teams
- A portfolio that shows real problem solving, not just visual polish
- Solid grounding in UX, interaction design and information architecture
- Confidence building user flows, wireframes, prototypes and journey maps
- Strong Figma skills
- An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Comfort using data and customer insight to guide design decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience designing consumer facing digital products
- Background in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech or LegalTech
- Experience across B2C or B2B2C journeys
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Hours and location
37.5 hours a week, typically 9am to 5.30pm, with hybrid working and flexitime available once you're through probation. Based in Leeds.
