I’m recruiting for a well-known and established B2B marketing agency that’s built its reputation on demand generation, lead generation and pipeline impact for some of the world’s biggest technology brands. They’re looking for a Strategy Director with serious demand, lead generation and ABM credentials, someone who knows how to turn complex tech into strategies that deliver revenue, not just decks.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t a “sit-on-the-sidelines” strategy role. You’ll be shaping go-to-market, demand and ABM strategy for global B2B tech clients, working directly with Demand, Data, Creative and Client teams to make sure strategy shows up in real performance. You’ll report into the Head of Strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading B2B demand and lead generation strategy for enterprise tech brands
- Designing and guiding ABM programmes (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
- Bringing partner and ecosystem thinking into demand strategy where it drives growth
- Acting as a trusted strategic partner to CMO- and VP-level stakeholders
- Turning insight and data into clear, compelling strategic direction
- Briefing creative and demand teams with strategies that actually work
- Supporting pitches and helping grow key client accounts
