The predicted salary is between 120000 - 150000 £ per year.

We’re partnering with a long established and successful B2B marketing agency to appoint a senior commercial leader who can help shape the next stage of its growth across the UK and EMEA markets. The agency already has a strong international reputation, an impressive enterprise client portfolio, an established business development capability and a leadership team with genuine ambition.

What they’re looking for now is someone who can turn that platform into even greater commercial momentum. As VP / Head of Growth, you’ll take ownership of the EMEA new business strategy, identifying and developing high-value opportunities with enterprise organisations and building relationships with CMOs and senior marketing and commercial leaders. You’ll own the journey from opportunity creation through discovery, proposition development and pitch leadership to commercial negotiation and close. This is very much a hands-on commercial leadership role.

We’re therefore looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with the instinct and energy of a genuine new-business operator. Someone who enjoys opening doors, creating conversations and turning senior relationships into significant long-term partnerships. You’ll likely have built your career within a B2B marketing, integrated, digital or related agency environment, with a demonstrable track record of winning substantial enterprise-level business. Just as importantly, you’ll have the credibility to sit opposite senior executives and talk about their business challenges rather than simply selling agency services.

The opportunity is significant. You’ll have the autonomy to influence the agency’s growth strategy, the backing of an experienced senior leadership team and an established global proposition behind you. And you’ll be joining a business that already has momentum.

The brief:

  • Own and accelerate the EMEA growth strategy
  • Must have integrated B2B marketing agency experience - not pure play media
  • Develop relationships with senior enterprise decision-makers
  • Create and convert high-value new business opportunities
  • Lead complex pitches and commercial negotiations
  • Build a strong, sustainable enterprise pipeline
  • Work alongside senior strategy, creative and client leadership
  • Help shape the agency’s future commercial proposition and market positioning
  • Deliver approximately £1.8m–£2.2m in annual net-new revenue

Package: £120,000–£150,000 basic + attractive performance-related bonus + benefits.

Location: London / Hybrid, with regular time alongside the leadership team in Central London.

This could be a particularly exciting move for an established Growth Director, Head of Growth, New Business Director or VP Growth who has reached the point where they want more than another sales target. It’s an opportunity to have genuine influence over where an already successful agency goes next. All conversations will be treated in the strictest confidence.
