We're working with a fast-growing technology company that's changing how real estate gets done across England and Wales.
They're award-winning, values-led, and genuinely invest in their people.
Now they're looking for a Hub Spot Specialist to join their marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning strategy into clean, scalable systems.
You'll own the day-to-day administration of Hub Spot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CRM), build and maintain automation workflows across the buyer journey, and be the platform's go-to expert.
You'll work closely with Content, Demand Gen, Sales and Rev Ops, so this is as much about relationships as it is about tech.
What you'll be doing
- Administering and optimising Hub Spot, from data structures and permissions to integrations and data hygiene
- Building marketing automation workflows, from lead capture through nurture, scoring and sales handover
- Setting up and QA'ing email campaigns, landing pages, forms and CTAs
- Building dashboards and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and funnel conversion
- Training internal teams on Hub Spot best practice and staying ahead of new features
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' hands on experience administering Hub Spot within a B2B Saa S, tech or professional services business
- A track record of building and troubleshooting marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models and campaigns
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation and data hygiene
- Confidence building dashboards and reporting in Hub Spot (or GA4/similar)
- Experience managing integrations between Hub Spot and other business systems
- Hub Spot certifications are a bonus, not a requirement
- Great stakeholder management skills and a genuinely organised mind
If you're the kind of person who gets a quiet thrill from a well built workflow and enjoys being the person everyone turns to for "how do we do this in Hub Spot," we'd love to hear from you.
