We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth to lead new business, client partnerships and commercial strategy for an ambitious and growing promotional marketing and consumer engagement agency working with leading B2C brands. This is a high-impact senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong track record of driving revenue growth within promotional marketing, shopper marketing, brand activation or consumer engagement agencies. You’ll play a key role in the next stage of agency growth, owning commercial performance across new business, client expansion and integrated campaign opportunities.

The Role

  • Lead the agency’s commercial growth strategy across:
  • New business acquisition
  • Client retention and account growth
  • Marketing and lead generation
  • Commercial partnerships
  • Team leadership and performance
  • Integrated promotional and consumer engagement campaigns

You’ll be highly visible with clients, leading pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations, while partnering closely with delivery teams to ensure commercially successful campaign execution.
