This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional account leadership and take ownership of a growing business area, combining commercial leadership, strategic client partnership and team development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role offers significantly more ownership than a traditional Group Account Director position. You'll be responsible for leading major enterprise client relationships, driving commercial growth, shaping strategic direction and helping build a high-performing specialist team. Working closely with agency leadership, you'll play a key role in defining growth plans, identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and delivering integrated marketing programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead strategic relationships across global enterprise B2B clients
  • Drive revenue growth, forecasting, profitability and account expansion
  • Shape integrated marketing strategies spanning brand, content, creative, digital, ABM and demand generation
  • Partner with C-suite stakeholders and senior client leadership teams
  • Lead, mentor and develop client services and delivery teams
  • Contribute to agency growth through thought leadership, industry engagement and market visibility
  • Help shape and grow a specialist business unit within a successful agency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are currently working as a Business Director or Group Account Director within a B2B marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation or marcom agency. Experience leading complex global B2B and enterprise accounts. Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth, forecasting and profitability. Expertise across integrated marketing, content marketing, creative, demand generation, ABM and digital campaigns. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers. Experience within SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Enterprise Networking, Connectivity or wider technology sectors is highly advantageous.
